She has a very calming nature and this means our smallest people at Sunflowers settle in really well, she is also excellent at reassuring new parents meaning they are very happy to leave their children with us. Teresa holds a Level 3 CACHE qualification in Childcare and Education and is currently completing a Level 5 Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship.
